A Mission is a repeatable quest given by certain NPCs in each major Town. When speaking to the NPC, they offer one of three random mission to seek out and complete a given task. The player is given 40 minutes to complete the dispatch, and when accepted. a box appears on the right side of the screen showing the mission name and remaining time. Declining or canceling a mission will generate a new list of 3 random missions. Generally, the more difficult the task, the more reward is given. Mission targets also provide the player an increased chance of skill gains while attempting mission objectives.

Combat Missions[ | ]

To start a combat mission, the player must talk with a 'Mission Dispatcher' NPC, which are identified by a banner icon on the mini map. The player is tasked with finding and destroying a den of monsters. When the monster den is destroyed, the player is awarded coins deposited directly into their bank.

Each mission will carry the affix "in ___________" with the blank giving the area of the mission. The world map is also marked with the same icon used to note the location of the Mission Dispatcher. Each enemy spawned by the mission will award +20 karma when killed. Generally, it is best to kill the enemies as they spawn rather than try to destroy the den first since all the enemies will despawn when the den is destroyed.
