Maps of Celador is not a single item, you can purchase regional maps that you use to popular and uncover on your main map which can be accessed by pressing M in game.
Use
To use the maps double click on them and they will then show the region on your main in game map.

Regional maps can be purchased for 200 
from specific towns for that region:
- Map pf Barren Lands - Oasis
- Map of Black Forest - Black Forest Outpost
- Map of Eastern Frontier - Helm
- Map of Southern Hills - Valus
- Map of Southern Rim - Pyros Landing
