As of pre-alpha, skills are capped at a total of 250 points with each skill maxing out at 50.
You can lock as well as reset skills to 0 (zero) by right clicking them in the skills window.

the skill of using environment, gear and enemy behaviour to your advantage(!)
Tactics are classified into:
- PvE -Tactics (Sustained Dmg + AoE Dmg)
- PvP -Tactics (Burst Dmg + Evasion)
-> Important:
Another Parameter is "Group"... according to your Group and/or the enemy Group , you might need to change your Tactics - maybe even during Combat

When fighting with other comrades, you can fight harder enemies/monsters , plus you can fight more efficient.
BUT, you need to follow some principles to be successful..
- watch your formation (protect each other)
- have a strategy for different situation on the battlefield
- don´t waste resources
