Hiding

The Rogue Profession is part of the profession system added in Point Release 7. It is designed to take you through the various stages of using the different rogue skills from being brand new to the skills to becoming a grandmaster

Skills Required[ | ]

In order to progress through the Rogue profession you will require the following skills:

The Quest Line[ | ]

There are 5 stages to the profession line Introduction, apprentice, Journeyman, Master and Grandmaster. Although if you already have a minimum of 30 skill in required skills you can skip the introduction quest.


Learn To Hide (Introduction)[ | ]

The following quest can be skipped if you already have at least 30 points in the required skills.

  1. Activate the profession via the professions UI.
  2. Speak to an NPC Rogue trainer in Black Forest Outpost, Eldeir Village or Pyros' Landing.
  3. Hide using the hide skill button in your skill book. You can also drag the skill over to your hotbar.
  4. Speak to a NPC Rogue Trainer

Rewards[ | ]

Once you have completed the quest you will be rewarded with up to 30 the required Rogue Profession Skills


Eavesdropping (Apprentice)[ | ]

You must have a minimum of 30 points in the required skills to start this quest.

  1. Begin the quest via the Professions UI.
  2. Speak to an NPC Rogue trainer in Black Forest Outpost, Eldeir Village or Pyros' Landing.
  3. Head to Trinit and eavesdrop on the Conspirators who are behind one of the main buildings. (You have to be hidden using the hide skill and get close to them.)
  4. Return to a NPC Rogue Trader and speak to them.

Compromised (Journeyman)[ | ]

You must have a minimum of 50 skill points in the required skills to start this mission.

  1. Begin the quest via the Professions UI.
  2. Speak to an NPC Rogue trainer in Black Forest Outpost, Eldeir Village or Pyros' Landing.
  3. Travel to the guard tower northwest of Helm Gatekeeper.
  4. While hidden using the hide skill sneak up to Dusty a the top of the guard tower.
  5. Head back to speak to a NPC Rogue Trainer. You will receive the Tome: Journeyman Rogue
  6. Take the Tome to Guild Master Das-Tal located right next to the Rogue Trainer in Black Forest Outpost

Reward[ | ]

Bestowed with the rank of Journeyman.

Agent in Place (Master)[ | ]

You must have a minimum of 80 skill points in the required skills to start this mission.

  1. Before you start, it's best to set Hearthstone to Helm as gatekeeper travel is disabled once you talk to Mohana
  2. Begin the quest via the Professions UI.
  3. Speak to an NPC Rogue trainer in Black Forest Outpost, Eldeir Village or Pyros' Landing.
  4. Travel to Oasis locate and speak to Mohana.
  5. Deliver a message to Ushuken who is located in the Eastern beach of Helm under the rocky overhang. Use Stealth and do not get caught by the guards.
  6. Return to a NPC Rogue Trainer
  7. Obtain a Tome: Master Rogue by killing Lord Barkas in the Black Forest Awakening. Alternatively you can buy or trade for one with other players.
  8. Bring the Tome to Guildmaster Dat-Tal located right next to the Rogue Trainer in Black Forest Outpost.

Bestowed with the rank of Master.

Francis the Fearless (Grandmaster)[ | ]

You must have a minimum of 100 skill points in the required skills to start this mission.

  1. Begin the quest via the Professions UI.
  2. Speak to an NPC Rogue trainer in Black Forest Outpost, Eldeir Village or Pyros' Landing.
  3. Go to The Grotto located in the southeastern corner of Southern Hills.
  4. Locate the smuggler in The Grotto without engaging in combat by using your hiding and stealth skills.
  5. Confront the smuggler about his illegal activities.
  6. Head back to speak to a NPC Rogue Trainer.
  7. Obtain a Tome: Grandmaster Rogue by completing a Barren Lands Awakening or by trading/purchasing one from another player.
  8. Take the tome to Dal-Tal located in Black Forest Outpost.

Rewards[ | ]

Bestowed with the level of Grandmaster and granted access to the Grandmaster Rogue Prestige Abilities
