Tailor Profession

The information in this article is up-to-date as of version Early Access v0.9.0.

The Tailor Profession is part of the profession system added in Point Release 7. It is designed to take you through the various stages of using the Fabrication skill from being brand new to the skill to becoming a grandmaster*.

Skills Required

In order to progress through the Tailor profession you will require the following skills:

• Fabrication

The Quest Line

There are 5 stages to the profession line Introduction, apprentice, Journeyman, Master and Grandmaster. Although if you already have a minimum of 30 skill in required skills you can skip the introduction quest. *(please note that as of Point Release 7 only the introduction & apprentice stages are available for this skill).

Learn Fabrication (Introduction)

The following quest can be skipped if you already have 30 in the Fabrication Skill.

1. Activate the profession via the professions UI.
2. Speak to an NPC Tailor within any of the main towns.
3. Gather 50 Cotton from the coton fields in Eldeir Village or Pyros' Landing, alternatively you can find it out side of the towns.
4. Speak to a NPC Tailor
5. Using a Loom make 20 cloth with the cotton you collected.
6. Craft a Short Sleeve Shirt using a loom and the cloth you created
7. Speak to a NPC Tailor

Rewards

Once you have completed the quest you will be rewarded with up to 30 skill in Fabrication

Making the Cut (Apprentice)

You must have a minimum of 30 skill to start this quest.

1. Begin the quest via the Professions UI.
2. Speak to a NPC Tailor in any of the main towns
3. Obtain a and complete a Crafting Order by speak to the NPC tailor and when complete hand it back to the tailor.
4. Speak to a NPC Scribe

Rewards

When you complete the quest you will receive 100 Bolts of Cloth.

Journeyman

1. Make 4 Shorts, 6 Skirts, 12 Waterskins and 12 Pouches.
2. Deliver to NPC Fabricator in Trinit.
3. Make 20 Saddles and 20 Saddle Bags.

Master

1. Craft 300 Silk clothes and 300 beast leather
2. make 20 Cloth Mage robes, 5 quilted mage robes and 10 silk mage robes
3. Craft a set of vile hardened leather armor

Grandmaster

1. Travel to Ren Mezmer in Eldeir
2. Craft a set of Vile hardened Leather armor with +3 Defence on each
